I teach you to view your situation from different perspectives and help move you from a position of pain and bitterness to being positive and confident.

Coaching is done in a safe and supportive space and is about you.

My coaching approach is straightforward and direct, and I will challenge you to be honest about yourself and your situation.

Be prepared to be pushed into feeling uncomfortable and share the truth to help us work together to get to the root of your issues and help you develop a strategy to move on.

Sessions are in person when restrictions are lifted and via secure video link.

Alternatively, we meet in a peaceful outdoor space that invites you to talk.

Coaching involves understanding your past and present circumstances and will help you overcome any obstacles.
